In Advanced Search, if you enter a search parameter in the Agent’s Email field that doesn’t exist the results show every iGuide rather than no results.
For example, type klilasdfoijh@asasdlkfjl.com (or any other email address that’s certain to have no matches) and rather than a logical message like “no matching results found”, every iGuide is shown.
The way it works now – showing all iGuides when there isn’t a match – is inaccurate and confusing.
Can you please fix this?
