Advanced search results

In Advanced Search, if you enter a search parameter in the Agent’s Email field that doesn’t exist the results show every iGuide rather than no results.

For example, type (or any other email address that’s certain to have no matches) and rather than a logical message like “no matching results found”, every iGuide is shown.

The way it works now – showing all iGuides when there isn’t a match – is inaccurate and confusing.

Can you please fix this?
