2d floor plans to 3d with nano banana

Is anyone here selling a 3d floor plan service from iguide 2d scans? If so, how are you converting them to 3d ( what software ). I’ve just started to convert some of my past scans with nano banana and find the results are not allways 100% correct to the floor plans. I’ve used strict json prompts for nano banana yet it still does not allways get it right. If you’ve got the same results, how did you correct it?

I do this for my projects. I create the 3D model in REVIT and sometimes export to SketchUp depending on job requests. This is both for my renovation projects or if I am working with an architect.

iGuide has a 3D option but I wasn’t too happy with the REVIT model.
